Description

AGV travel methods:
Magnetic stripe guidance, magnetic nails, QR code, laser, SPG, SLAM, inertial navigation, GNSS, vision, etc.

AGV movement direction: 
forward, backward, left and right, rotation, diagonal movement, etc.

AGV Speed:
Indoor AGVs have a speed range of 0-60 m/min. Higher speeds are determined based on actual conditions. However, considering the typical manufacturing environment, personnel safety, and the weight of the AGV’s load, a speed of no more than 30 m/min is recommended. (Ultra-thin standard vehicles in the transformer industry have a speed of 20 m/min.) The maximum speed for outdoor vehicles is 10 km/h, and for port vehicles, 36 km/h. Equipped with a continuously variable transmission.

Body Steel Material:
We use Q235B, and we may also use Q355B for special requirements or circumstances. After each project design is completed, we conduct finite element analysis, deformation analysis, and center of gravity eccentric load analysis. Stress relief testing is optional upon request.

Drive Capability:
We utilize a differential drive and a suspension system (hydraulic active suspension or spring passive suspension) to provide shock absorption and enhance the vehicle’s ability to navigate ditches and ridges. Generally, the vehicle can navigate slopes of no greater than 3° indoors and no greater than 5° outdoors. The slope of the ditch or ridge depends on the AGV’s chassis and wheel diameter. For specific circumstances, please provide your specific parameters, and we will internally evaluate and provide a suitable solution.

The Langyu power system is a pure electric system, powered by automotive-grade, maintenance-free lithium iron phosphate batteries. Under normal use and proper maintenance, within the load range, a single charge provides the required driving time. This system can be designed to suit shifts or production cycles. For loads of 100 tons and above, the standard driving time is three hours each for empty and fully loaded.
