User-Oriented R&D
We are highly sensitive to changes in user needs and have built a fast-response innovation system spanning R&D, production, logistics, sales, and service. Our R&D team consists of PhD and Master's degree holders with rich machinery sector experience.
Industry Collaboration
We work closely with top universities including the National Key Laboratory of Vehicular Transmission at Beijing Institute of Technology, and maintain active communication with passenger vehicle manufacturers and tier-1 suppliers.

Quality Talks
New technology is just the start — what matters most is applying it in volume production with premium quality. AGRICM manufactures its own core parts including chassis (gearbox + rear axle), radiator, and front axle. The high percentage of self-manufactured parts ensures final product quality control.
Core chassis and gearbox components use titanium alloy for greater strength, stiffness, and stability. Each chassis and gearbox undergoes a 20–30 minute high-intensity durability test simulating every operating condition a tractor might encounter.
